Job Requirements & Qualification

• At least 5 years of experience in photocopier servicing.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering (electrical/electronic or mechanical) or equivalent.
• Able to manage a team, mature, and work well under pressure.
• Able to deliver, design, organise and implement SOPs and improvements across service and technical aspects.
• Ability to work independently and solve new challenges.

Job Responsibilities

• Service and maintain photocopiers, MFPs and printers across our customer base.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Manage and guide junior technicians in daily operations.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and spare parts management.
