Do you sell or rent copiers?
Both. We sell and rent photocopiers and MFPs from Sharp, Ricoh and Lexmark. Rental plans are all-inclusive — consumables and service included in one monthly fee.
What areas do you cover?
We serve customers across all states in Malaysia through our offices in Selangor (HQ), Sarawak, Sabah and Kuantan.
How fast is your service response?
We aim to respond to service calls within one business day. Emergency requests are prioritised — contact us by phone or WhatsApp for urgent cases.
Do you provide preventive maintenance?
Yes. All service agreements include scheduled preventive maintenance to keep machines running reliably and reduce unplanned downtime.
Can I upgrade my machine later?
Yes. Rental plans are flexible — as your business grows, you can upgrade to a larger or faster machine. Our team will advise the right size for your volume.
Do you offer demo units?
Yes — we can arrange a demo at our office or on-site at your premises so you can see the machine working before you decide.
